Data Sources
TariffCenter.AI aggregates data from publicly available official sources including the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC), the Federal Register, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR). While we make reasonable efforts to keep data current, official sources should always be consulted for authoritative, up-to-date information.

Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that tariff classification and customs valuation are subject to interpretation and are ultimately determined by government authorities. You assume all risk that official determinations may differ from TariffCenter.AI estimates. Relying solely on TariffCenter.AI could result in shipment delays, customs penalties, re-classification, and additional duties upon inspection.
